Hi Paula! Thanks for your review! With all of our roller blends, we create them at a 3% dilution which is good for daily use. We also don't want to cause anyone to have skin irritations. Any percentage higher than that is more for an acute issue to be used for a short period of time. I really love this blend. I find it helps to give me a little boost of energy and lightness when I’m feeling exhausted and heavy (mentally). I really enjoy the smell, which I initially wasn’t sure I’d love since I’d never thought to combine these particular oils. It works well for me all around, so I’m happy!
