What is the return policy for items purchased on sale?

At Aromatics International, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality products. If something isn’t quite right, reach out to us! We offer free returns for U.S. orders and will cover return shipping costs. You have 45 days from the purchase date to return items—even sale items are eligible under the same return policy. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for unopened items, while store credit is provided for opened items.
