I have trouble shutting down my mind no matter what time I lay down to sleep. I toss & turn from 4:00 am - 7:00 am, then sleep til 11:00 am or so when I get up. It's exhausting. The people at Aromatics suggested this might help relax me so I bought it. I sprayed it on my pillow. AND IT WORKED! I slept better that night than I have in months! I've continued to use it & it has helped so I will be buying more! I sent a bottle to my daughter to try to see if it helps her & others with anxiety. My granddaughter is pregnant & wondered if it would be safe for her to spray on her pillow so I'll be asking that question soon!

I like to turn all the cushions and pillows on my sofa every week or 2. I lightly spray the sofa and cushions to freshen them. I also use it when I do laundry. When I put the dirty clothes into the washer, I spray the hamper. I switch it up and use Lemon Verbena for this, too. I really enjoy using Hydrosols.
