To be used only for the short term. Contraindicated for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not advisable to use during labor, especially if it is progressing slowly. When used at a 1% dilution, this blend can be used on children over the age of 10. Avoid if pregnant or nursing. We always recommend doing a patch test for sensitivity.

Scent too weak

It has a pleasing scent but I find it very weak. I can hardly smell it once rolled on skin.

Hi Joanne, thank you for your feedback! With our roll-on blends, we make them at a 3% dilution which is safe for daily use. If wanting a stronger aroma, we recommend purchasing the pure blend, then you can create a stronger dilution, and also use the pure blend in a diffuser, aromatherapy inhaler etc. (:

Great pick me up!

Really appreciate this blend. Was not sure if I would like the smell of fennel, but this is a wonderful blend that really picks me up in the mornings- gets me energized and motivated when I am feeling a bit sluggish.
