Love this oil for all sorts of pain relief. Works well by itself as an oil or mixed to make a salve or balm for pain, and works especially well when mixed with Calendula and St John's Wort to make the great Trauma Oil.

My go to #1 oil for inflammation. 2X a day at least for relief. Great with lavender, spearmint, or peppermint for aromatherapy too!
