Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: Please use caution if asthmatic.
  • Kid Safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.
  • Pet Safety: If using as a diffuser blend, ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Blend the essential oils together in a 5 ml amber glass bottle with orifice reducer to create a stock blend.
  2. 2. Fill a bowl with really hot water (not boiling, but as hot as you can handle).
  3. 3. Put 1 drop of this stock blend in the bowl.
  4. 4. Lean over the bowl and cover your head and bowl with a towel to create a 'tent'.
  5. 5. Close your eyes and breathe deeply for 8 - 10 minutes.
