Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Please use caution if the area you apply the blend to comes into contact with the sun as angelica root is phototoxic.
  • Kid Safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend adding 1 drop of each essential oil into the 1oz of unscented lotion.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add 1 fl oz of unscented lotion to an empty 1 oz glass jar. 
  2. 2. Add the essential oils to the 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.
  3. 3. Stir gently with a glass stir rod until oils are evenly mixed with lotion.
  4. 4. Apply when needed to help quiet the mind and open the heart and reduce mental irritation.
