  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if the area you apply the blend to comes into contact with the sun as bergamot is phototoxic. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.
  2. 2. Stir gently to blend.
  3. 3. Massage into the belly. Can be used preventively before a meal or after a meal.
