Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if epileptic, pregnant, or asthmatic. Please also use caution if taking any drugs metabolized by the CYP2D6 enzyme due to the yarrow. We also recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Pour 1 fl oz of jojoba oil into an empty 1 oz amber glass bottle. 
  2. 2. Drop the essential oils into the jojoba oil.
  3. 3. Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.
  4. 4. Massage into the neck, shoulders, and temples for a boost of confidence and support during times of struggle.
