Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 2% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there isn't any sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: For use on kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 2 drops black spruce, 1 drops norway pine, 1 drops cypress, 2 drops orange.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add 2 fl oz of unscented lotion to an empty 2 oz glass jar.
  2. 2. Drop the essential oils into the lotion.
  3. 3. Using a glass stir rod, or another blending tool, mix the essential oils and lotion together until blended.
  4. 4. Apply to lower back several times daily, or as needed.
