Directions

  1. 1. Melt cocoa butter using a double boiler, or a pyrex measuring cup placed in a pot of water. When almost melted add the other carriers and remelt.
  2. 2. Once all the ingredients have melted down, let it cool off in the freezer or refrigerator for 30-60 minutes until you see a solid layer form over the top.
  3. 3. Use an electric hand mixer or immersion blender to whip/mix until the product starts to form into a butter-like consistency.
  4. 4. Scoop into jars.
  5. 5. For a whipped butter, you will want about 3 - 4 oz PET jars as it does increase in volume. If you wanted to give them as gifts, smaller jars work perfect, too!
