  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 2% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend using 1 drop of each essential oil.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Blend the essential oils in 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.
  2. 2. Mix with a clean stir rod or metal spoon.
  3. 3. Apply the blend freely.
