Safety Information
- Safety & Dilution: Avoid using with children under five years - peppermint can be neurotoxic when applied near the face, and is contraindicated in case of cardiac fibrillation and for G6PD deficiency.
- Kid Safety: For kids between 5 and 10, use 1 drop of Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia) in place of the peppermint.
- Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
Directions
- 1. Add the peppermint to a tbsp of jojoba oil and put in a foot tub of cool water.
- 2. Soak feet for 10-15 minutes.
