United StatesBEWARE of expiration dates!
Yes, it has an 8-year shelf life, but it was produced in 2018. I got it on sale, but it only has a 14-month shelf life because it was produced in March 2018, and I received it January 2025. I think the price was too high, even though it was on sale because of this. Anytime oils are on sale it is because they are expiring. Many of the oils I ordered are expiring this year (2025). Very disappointed.

Hi Shelynne, we appreciate your review and feedback! You are correct! When we have oils on sale, most of the time this is because they are close to expiration. We are conservative with shelf life, so as long as the oils are kept in a cool, dark place with the lids closed, they will easily last another 2-6 months past when we say they 'expire'. We do have all the batch dates listed for easy reference so you can make comparisons before purchasing (:

I waited and debated about this buying vanilla for a while and I finally broke down and purchased it after reading all the positive reviews. But, it was a big disappointment. It smelled like chemicals and nothing at all like vanilla. I used a very small amount as recommended, but it was still not at all like vanilla. I tried to wait a few days to see if it would air out and tried it again, but still the same result so I had to return it.

I have wanted to try this for quite some time. It finally went on sale, so I splurged, glad I did. This is a very calming, soothing, and luxurious oil. I made a whipped body butter to blend with this, lip balms are on my list next. I will be using this a lot for winter lotions. It would be nice if it came in a smaller size with a lower price. Thanks again AI!

Love the scent! But so intense, it took me a while to get the quantity right. Best when I use the tip of a toothpick. Used in diffuser without thinking and it caused some brownish discoloration. Otherwise great
