Free Shipping Exclusions

Please note that bulk items, Aromahead Kit orders, and international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Additionally, free shipping may not be combinable with other discount codes unless explicitly stated in the promotion. Please review these exclusions carefully before placing your order to ensure you understand our shipping policies.

Is Free Shipping Combinable With Discounts?

Our Free shipping promotion is not combinable with other discounts or promotional offers unless specifically stated in the promotion. This means that if you apply a discount code at checkout, the free shipping offer may not be available unless it is explicitly mentioned in the promotion's terms and conditions. Please refer to the details of the specific promotion to understand if free shipping can be combined with other discounts.

Do you offer free shipping?

We often offer free shipping options. We currently offer free shipping on US orders over $79 and free US returns.

Exclusions to free shipping: Please note that Bulk items, Aromahead Kit orders, and international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Additionally, free shipping may not be combinable with other discount codes. Bulk orders or Aromahead kits are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds. If for any reason you feel that there is a quality issue with your bulk oil or Aromahead kit, please notify our team within 10 days of delivery and send a small sample back for testing. For Aromahead kits with a defective product, we will send you a replacement item for any specific products that do not meet your expectations.

Do you offer other shipping methods?

Yes! We also offer Expedited, Two Day and Next Day services on US orders for people who just can't wait. Shipping times and costs are available at checkout.

How soon will my order ship and are there any potential delays?

Orders are processed and dispatched from our workshop during regular business hours (Monday through Friday excluding major US holidays).

For Expedited, Two Day and Next Day services, we typically dispatch your shipment the day you order, if ordered before 2pm ET on a working day. Expedited orders are prioritized before standard orders.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. However, please be aware that processing delays may occur during sale events and peak shopping days. We recommend allowing for additional time during these periods.

 What should I do if I need to receive my package by a specific date?

If you have a specific deadline or need your package by a certain date, we recommend contacting our customer service team, for assistance. They can help you choose the right shipping method to ensure your package arrives on time. Please provide them with the necessary details, such as your order number, desired delivery date, and shipping address.

Will I receive free shipping if I am a wholesaler, teacher, or professional?

Free shipping is not available for those receiving wholesale, teaching, professional, or bulk product discounts at this time.

 Do you offer free international shipping?

We regret to inform you that we no longer offer free international shipping on our products. Due to increasing costs associated with international shipping, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue this service. However, we still provide competitive shipping rates for our international customers, ensuring swift and secure delivery of your orders. Our team has negotiated affordable shipping options to offer you the best possible rates. For further assistance in choosing the most suitable shipping method for your international orders, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to enhance our services. 

Will I be charged customs fees, duty or other taxes for international shipments?

Yes, this is likely! Any customs, duty or other taxes charged by your home country will need to be paid for by the recipient before the package can be delivered or collected. For some countries we will collect these for you. Any orders that are returned/rejected because of unpaid charges will be refunded minus any shipping costs we incur.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns for US orders.

At Aromatics International, providing the highest quality products to our customers is our passion, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. Something not quite right? Get in touch and we’ll pay return shipping costs from the US and issue you a refund for the product ordered. You have up to 45 days to return items to us. Note: Expired and On Sale products are final sale, and may not be returned.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items. Opened or used items may receive a partial credit.

Do you offer replacements on broken or defective items?

Accidents do happen. If your retail order arrived damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you.

Do you offer cash refunds for gift cards?

No, we cannot issue cash refunds for gift cards.
