Helichrysum oil is amazing in a blend I made for area on my foot that was having trouble healing after a blister. The blend was very soothing and felt cool to the sensitive spot.

This oil worked very well for a seborrheic keratosis spot on the inside of my wrist. I have previously had this spot "burned" off the cryosurgery. The spot returned. More cryosurgery. The spot returned. Mind you this is over the course of a few years. I started dabbing Helichrysum on it neat three times a day. The redness and elevation diminished and after 3-4 weeks the spot was healed. Amazing. I bought some more as my neighbor has what appears to be the same thing. He is using some of it now. I call this stuff liquid gold.
