I use this product on my legs, especially on my knees where I suffer from pain due loss of cartilage. I used to make dilutions in a roller bottle with a carrier oil and frankincense. I found the hydrosol much easier to use than trying to cover a large area with a roller bottle. So far it is helping with the pain.
