    Breathe

    There are many oils that can be used to help with stress and out of all of them Neroli is my favorite go to. I rub a few drops of Neroli Blossom Infused Jojoba oil in the palm of my hands, take a deep breath and hold still for a few minutes. When I'm ready to get back to life I have a sense of renewal. Perfect!
