Beneficial step in skin and scalp care
This is my first time using a chamomile hydrosol. Smells wonderful and doesn't sting my eyes when I spray my face with it. It is wonderfully soothing and refreshing to the face and helps my oils and creams to spread easily and absorb better. Soothes my scalp too, and is good for my hair.
Roman Chamomile
Rhis Roman chamomile hydrosol is my go to solution for sitz bath and massage just as spritzer over my face. I totally recommend this.
New experience!
I love hydrosols but have never had one! Happy to know it is safe for the eyes as very few are. Will alternate with others to use as a toner. A good alternative to lavender. Grounding scent.
Roman Chamomile Hydrosol
Love this soft calming hydrosol. It's always on my self. I use it alone for linen spray but mostly I added in my calming body lotion formula.

Love this soft calming spray . I spray it on my linens before bedtime to promote a deep sleep . One of my favorites.
