Safety Information

  • Safety & Dilution: This blend was created between a 2% and 3% dilution. If asthmatic, please use caution due to the black spruce. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
  • Kid Safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.
  • Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.

Directions

  1. 1. Add the essential oils and solubol to a 100 ml bottle of lemon thyme hydrosol.
  2. 2. Shake generously to emulsify the essential oils and hydrosol.
  3. 3. Spray onto affected areas at least 3 times a day.
