When I first got my resin, I chewed a piece and it was good. I plan on using a little at a time and making some frankincense’s water, not quite boiling water over a few teaspoons of resin, and let it sit for a couple of days, put it in a spray bottle and use it to spray my face, I plan on taking a few sips here and there too. Very fast shipping and I recommend.
