- Safety & Dilution: This blend was created at a 3% dilution. For asthmatics, we recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause any negative reaction. A small patch test is also recommend to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
- Kid Safety: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over.
- Shelf Life: The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
Directions
- 1. Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of jojoba.
- 2. Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.
- 3. Rub the blend on your chest, back, and feet several times daily while sick. Continue use for another week after you have recovered.
